Delivery time
Delivery time for items is usually 3 to 5 working days from receipt of payment.
Shipping costs
Currently the shipping costs within Germany are 5,90 Euro.
If the value of goods exceeds 70,00 Euro we ship free of charge within Germany.
Shipment tracking
You can find out the current status of your parcel at any time using your parcel identification number/shipment number, if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on tracking in your delivery confirmation by email or from our customer service by telephone.
