This coffee has a smooth body, low acidity and is the perfect introduction to the world of specialty coffee.

The Guardabaxo is our lightest filter roast. It captivates with nutty notes , a slightly milk chocolate taste and a high level of sweetness.

Directly imported from the Fazenda Matao , from the Mococa region in the state of Sao Paulo , Brazil.

This coffee was natural (dry) prepared and is 100% Acaia Arabica variety. Farmer Marco Guardabaxo and his family grow various varieties on an area of ​​130 hectares at an altitude of 850 meters. The harvest here begins at the end of May and lasts until July, with all lots being separated and processed separately. In addition to the natural process, the fazenda also uses the honey process and the pulped natural process to process the coffee. After the harvest, this natural is laid out on terraces to dry for 3 days and then placed in a machine dryer for 40 hours to the ideal residual moisture content. 

This coffee is really a fine companion for your day.
