This coffee was natural (dry) prepared and is 100%AcaiaArabicavariety. Farmer Marco Guardabaxoand his family grow various varieties on an area of 130 hectaresat an altitude of 850 meters. Theharvesthere begins at the end of May and lasts until July, with all lots being separated and processed separately. In addition to the natural process, the fazenda also uses the honey process and the pulpednatural process to process the coffee. After the harvest, this natural is laid outon terraces to dry for 3 daysand then placed in a machine dryer for 40 hoursto the ideal residual moisture content.
