Description
V60 , French Press , Kalitta , or Aeropress are words that keep being thrown at you and you still don't know what to do with them?
Don't worry, because in our filter coffee workshop for the ambitious newcomer to the world of coffee , we will explain how a good hand filter is prepared , what is important and what you have to pay attention to in order not to despair your filter coffee . We will split this course into two parts , a theory part where we will look at the different types of filter methods and talk about the pros and cons and the most important attributes of each. In the second part it's hands on , we go through the individual methods together and try them out as well as different recipes for them.
Course requirement: Interest in filter coffee and the individual brewing methods. We will be happy to provide you with filtered water and bread or similar to neutralize during the course.
You are also welcome to bring your own coffee .
