70% Brazil Arabica , 30% Mexico Robusta


Our house brand, the Cycle Blend, consists of our directly imported Brazilian from Fazenda Matao and the direct import of Robusta from Finca Fulda in Mexico. Carried by the nutty aromas of the Brazilian, combined with the dark chocolate notes of the Robusta, a blend is created here that comes into your cup as a creamy espresso and shines with a medium body with little acidity.

We recommend filling up the portafilter with 19 g espresso for 40 g in the cup with a running time of about 30 seconds. Enjoy it as a cappuccino with aromas of nuts and dark chocolate in the background or as an espresso and Americano - simply smooth. It's also suitable for brewing espresso drinks with a fully automatic machine.

Since we always ship freshly roasted beans, you should plan for your coffee  to sit for a week so that it can continue developing.
