Espresso Arabica Brasil

Producer: Marco Guardabxo, Fazenda Matao

Region: Sao Paulo, Mococa

Variety: Acaia

Preparation: Natural

Taste: hazelnut, milk chocolate, peanut

100% Brazil Arabica Natural

Perfect espresso to enjoy flat white or neat.

Our lightest espresso , imported directly from Fazenda Matao, from the Mococa region in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. This coffee was natural (dry) prepared and is 100% Acaia Arabica variety.

A medium espresso roast that is particularly soft and has little acidity but lots of sweetness. Strong aromas of roasted hazelnuts and a medium body give this espresso its elegance and smoothness. We prefer to drink it as a pure espresso or as a double ristretto in a flat white .

We recommend that you prepare 18 g espresso for 35-40 g in the cup with a running time of 30-32 seconds. Suitable for the portafilter and moka pot. If you find this coffee too light, you can brew the Soft Touch as a filter.

Farmer Marco Guardabaxo and his family grow various varieties on an area of 130 hectares at an altitude of 850 meters. The harvest here begins at the end of May and lasts until July, with all lots being separated and processed separately. In addition to the natural process, the honey process and pulped natural process are also used to process the coffee on the fazenda. After the harvest, this natural is laid out on terraces to dry for 3 days and then placed in a machine dryer for 40 hours to the ideal residual moisture content.
